Refund Policy

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders maytake longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receivean order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

PRE-ORDERS
All Pre-order items will ship once the product becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.Please be patient and thank you for your trust.

RETURNS
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact info@blackangelsinflight.com. If an exchange is permitted, garments must be returned un-worn, un-washedand with original packaging/tags.Exchange requests are granted within 30 days from which shipment isreceived for size exchanges or in the case of significantly factory defectiveitems. However, we require that customers notify Black Angels In Flight,L.L.C. (info@blackangelsinflight.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
